The same library card can be used for checking out and returning books at any library.

Anybody who lives, works or attends school in Matsudo is eligible to visit and request the services of Matsudo City Libraries.
The User Card is required when you borrow books.
You can use The User Card at all Matsudo City Libraries
When you borrow books
You can borrow as many books as you like.
You can borrow books for up to 2 weeks.
If you have not finished reading a book, please tell the library to extend the term for another 2 weeks.
When you return books
Please return books to the reception desk.
When the library is closed, return books to the book post
Audio - Visual
Cassettes and CDs are kept in the Main Library and Kogane branch.
You can borrow 3 items for up to 2 weeks.
Please return them to the library from which you borrowed them.
Kamishibai(Children's picture-story shows) can be found in the Main Library,
Tokiwadaira, Kogane, Wanagaya branch.
You can borrow as many as you like.
You can borrow them for up to 2 weeks.
Microfilm
Microfilm is for reference only.
We have copies of local newspaper articles.

Copy
You can copy any materials in the Main Library.
Please fill out a copy application form.
You will be charged 10 yen per page.
Please put the money in the coin box by the copier.
